This weekend!
LAVA will be open both days of the West Philadelphia Open Studio Tours:
Saturday and Sunday
October 27 and 28
Noon to 6 pm
Lots of installations on view throughout the building, and meet some of the artists!

The project:
You permanently install your original artwork on a wall, door, ceiling, staircase, or in a bathroom.

The Theme:
Your vision of a more just world.

Please send submissions including your name, contact info, description of your proposal, media, and a photo, sketch, or digital image of your proposal or of your previous work to either

We presented the first round of artists' installations in LAVA with an opening reception
on Saturday November 4, 2006.
